First of all: enhanced mobile and online services will better cater to customers’ needs in the future. Also, we continue to build and improve our face-to-face services, such as on-site support schemes for both architects and installers. Secondly, we are constantly adding other target-group services, sustainability-orientated services, as well as A-partner programs.

For instance, with illbruck we award German installer com­panies a seal of approval once their staff have successfully completed our training. Also, in different countries illbruck offers on-site assistance on installation and, on occasion, may even assist with blower door testing. Another example: As part of the service package for flooring clients TREMCO of­fers a free moisture testing service. Hygrometer readings and visual inspections are combined for a site-specific assess­ment, which will then be documented in an illustrated full site survey. Nullifire service and support also includes visiting the sites of major projects. These are just a few examples drawn from an extensive list of services all made to measure!
