At our site in Bodenwöhr, in the south of Germany, different apprenticeships for young school graduates are possible. The industrial training educates on the one hand specialists for metal technology and on the other hand specialists for machine/systems operators. Apart from the industrial training, we provide motivated young persons the opportunity to become an apprenticeship as an industrial manager. We are delighted to have such committed employees who support tremco illbruck with their achievements. It makes us particularly proud when a colleague comes to work for us at a young age – and stays with us. This confirms to us that we as an employer offer our employees a great deal. Stefan Fischer has spent his entire career to date with us and has progressed from a trainee industrial clerk to production manager.
Lena Buhne had her A-levels in the bag when she did her internship with us in 2011 – and she never left us. She then completed a dual degree course in Business Administration with a major in commerce at DHBW Heidenheim, graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Since 1 October 2016, Lena, now 25, has been studying at the DHBW Center for Advanced Studies in Heilbronn Business Management on the dual studies Master’s programme. As a “second job”, Lena Buhne is an International Junior Key Account Manager at tremco illbruck in Cologne.
